Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn duties and understand how Tech Ops and Specimen Processing work together and impact quality.
• Identify problems with specimens and resolve or forward information for timely resolution.
• Understand compliance policies related to test ordering and research order information as needed.
• Meet quality and production standards within 6 months of training.
• Complete all required written documentation clearly and on time.
• Report to work on time and support department during coworker absences.
• Learn additional functions to progress to the next level.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
