Job Description - SPECIMEN PROCESSING SPECIALIST (20 hrs 5p-10p) Temple University Hospital (252259)

Position Overview

Performs a variety of general and routine duties involved in the pre- and post-analytic portions of lab test processing. Responsibilities include drawing, collecting, and processing blood and other specimens from positively identified patients, along with managing necessary patient and specimen information following established procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  2. Courses in general sciences (Preferred)
  3. 1 Year experience in phlebotomy and specimen processing (Required)
