Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3–4 years of supervising, leading, or coordinating teams.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Strong leadership presence with a focus on accountability and results.
• Understanding of operations, methods, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Set daily operational objectives and coordinate team workflows to meet demand.
• Monitor operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Ensure adherence to quality control systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and equipment justification.
• Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative and aligned work environment.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support audit readiness and oversee timely and effective audit responses.
