Millennium Health is seeking a Full Time Female Specimen Collector in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves collecting urine or oral fluid specimens, serving as a liaison between clinics and the lab, and ensuring accurate documentation and privacy compliance.

The position requires up-to-date driver’s license, smartphone/computer proficiency, and compassionate patient interaction. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in specimen collection or 1+ years in healthcare, plus strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years in medical field
• 2+ years of customer service experience can substitute for medical experience
• Ability to navigate a smartphone and computer
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HIPAA/HiTrust, confidentiality and compliance knowledge is preferred
• Ability to maintain administrative, physical and cyber security controls

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as liaison between practice/clinic and laboratory
• Record patient information, orders, and lab details
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in the portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite
• Observe collections at Millennium Health specimens as needed
• Travel between facilities may be required
