Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support boarded specialists in providing patient care.
• Responsible for safe patient handling and monitoring.
• Educate and assist families of patients.

Skills

Understanding endocrine, GI, hepatic, renal, and respiratory diseases

Venipuncture and IV catheter placement

Excellent communication skills with clients

Calm, organized, and proactive in high-stress environment

Education

Credentialed veterinary technicians preferred

Minimum 2 years of veterinary technician experience
