Qualifications

• 1 year recent (within last 3 years) experience in a Critical Care, DOU or SDU setting or approved equivalent within prior 12 months.
• RN license (California) is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; ventilator training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads health care team; delegates tasks and ensures accountability.
• Demonstrates appropriate scope of practice and escalates issues.
