Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to join its high-growth team in the U.S. You will promote Relexxii and ADHD products, call on Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers, and deliver clinically relevant education and value-based messaging.

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan, build long-term relationships with HCPs, and use data and reporting tools to drive performance. Travel within the territory and maintain compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

What do you need for this position?

• 1-2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience required
• Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Performance Driven & Results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 annually. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and company-sponsored holidays.
