Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Specialty Operator in Louisiana to handle the production of specialty sugars, including blending, evaporation, crystallization, drying, and milling. The role requires operating equipment, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring product specs through process measurements.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, can read instructions, and are able to work weekends/holidays with potential overtime. Starting hourly rate and vacation/sick leave are provided after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing facility preferred.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations and read operating instructions.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce specialty sugars including blending, evaporation, crystallization, drying, conditioning, milling and screening.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation; operate control instrumentation.
• Ensure product specs via analytical process measurements and coordinate with others to meet safety and quality targets.
• May be assigned related duties as needed.
