Compensation: Starting at $45,000/year plus commissions and incentives. Performance-based earning potential and an associate discount on store purchases.

Responsibilities

1. Meet or exceed sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
2. Answer questions about merchandise, including location, price, and use.
3. Follow customer requests and safety procedures.
4. Analyze reports for inventory purchasing, merchandise arrangement, and sales trends.
5. Stock and merchandise shelves to SCHEELS standards, including setting up advertising and signs.
6. Communicate professionally with vendors and outside sales reps.
7. Train associates on merchandise use and knowledge.
8. Participate in product knowledge and sales meetings.
9. Attend weekly training sessions.
10. Maintain professional appearance and contribute positively to the team.
11. Read and interpret safety and operational documents.
12. Perform basic math operations and present information effectively.
13. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
14. Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
