Job summary

A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. is hiring a hands-on team member in North Carolina. You will perform tasks in crawlspaces and attics, use ladders and lifts, and learn basic plumbing and electrical concepts while delivering quality service to customers.

We offer PTO, health insurance, a company-provided life policy, a 401K match after one year, and ongoing training. Starting pay is $19 per hour with potential commission based on performance.

This Role Requires

• Working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
• Working on ladders and lifts (40ft and higher)
• Knowledge and/or aptitude to learn basic plumbing and electrical
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Maintaining licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required
• Operation and maintenance of a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment
• Operation of a handheld device for completion of service order
