Job summary

Roundel is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Valencia, CA. You will lead hourly associates, drive guest-focused service, and monitor merchandising and store operations to hit sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, coaching ability, and the adaptability to manage workload in a fast-paced retail environment. Expect a full-time schedule with variable shifts; prior leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members; including interviewing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals.
• Partner with third party vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are met.
