About Style

A Style Consultant is passionate about operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience, bringing style to life through engaging in-store presentations. They assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring the floor is fully stocked, accurately priced, and well-signed with appropriate sizes, styles, and colors. Areas include Apparel & Accessories, Home, and Baby.

• Supporting product transitions, remerchandising, and signage updates.
• Owning assigned areas to ensure they are in stock, well-signed, and appealing.
• Handling replenishments and backroom organization.
• Engaging with guests, solving their needs, and thanking them sincerely.
• Adhering to safety, ethical conduct, and compliance policies.
• Supporting additional guest services like order pickup and Drive-up.
