About Style

A Style Consultant is passionate about operations and guest experience, bringing style to life through engaging in-store presentations. They assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring the right products are available, accurately priced, and well-presented. Areas include Apparel & Accessories, Home, and Baby.

Role Development

This role provides skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, industry trends, visual merchandising, and inventory management. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, maintaining the sales floor, executing visual standards, managing the fitting rooms, and supporting backroom organization.

Qualifications

• Interest in apparel and accessories
• Welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to operate store technology and work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to handle merchandise safely and efficiently, including lifting up to 44 pounds
