Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization and support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pick-up.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
