We are hiring frontline sales professionals to launch a product in the ophthalmic presbyopia market. The Specialty Sales Representative will educate on disease states, drive product launch and growth, and build relationships with key eye care customers. The role requires strategic thinking, operational precision, and a commitment to excellence.
This position is field-based (remote), requiring residence within the assigned territory. Travel within the territory and to headquarters in San Diego, CA, up to 40-50% may be required.
Primarily office and client site work, with some walking and lifting up to 20 lbs. Flexibility in schedule and travel is required. Accommodations available for disabilities.
Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience. Additional incentives include bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
