What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of clients
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Manage and report on activity during review meetings with management
- Sell consumables and accessories to existing and new customers while exploring new opportunities with competitive accounts
- Respond to customer concerns and help resolve issues by directing them to the appropriate resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales quotas
- Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in account management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple projects and manage competing priorities
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence people at all levels within the organization
- Experience using Salesforce.com for managing call activity
