What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Manage and report on sales activity in review meetings with management
- Sell consumables, accessories, and software solutions to both existing and new customers
- Act as a liaison between customers and support, resolving concerns and ensuring follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
- Strong account management skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com for managing call activity and customer interactions
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
