What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to sell targeted products to existing clients and competitive accounts
- Act as a liaison between customers and support, escalating and triaging customer concerns
- Utilize surveys and feedback tools to report on customer sentiment and develop action plans
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Maintain accurate records of all call activity in Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
