What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work closely with Territory Manager(s) to support sales efforts through telephone and email communications
- Develop a deep understanding of the EMS industry and the functionality of ZOLL products
- Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage customer relationships
- Generate leads through cold calling and increase market share for consumables and software solutions
- Report on customer sentiment and develop action plans to address concerns and improve satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to meet sales and revenue quotas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
