What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the EMS industry and client needs
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Manage customer concerns and escalate issues to ensure resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with territory sales managers and customers
- Track and report on sales activity and customer sentiment using Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales and revenue quotas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
