What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Manage and report on sales activity in review meetings with management
- Build rapport and relationships with territory sales managers and customers through professional service
- Respond to customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence people at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
