What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales of targeted products, consumables, and software solutions
- Act as a liaison between customers and support teams, escalating and triaging customer concerns
- Utilize standardized surveys to assess customer sentiment and develop action plans
- Maintain accurate records of call activities using Salesforce.com
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and Territory Managers to achieve sales goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales quotas
- Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions
