What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Manage customer concerns by acting as a liaison and ensuring effective resolution
- Increase market share for consumables, accessories, and software solutions
- Maintain accurate records of call activity in Salesforce.com and report on sales activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales goals
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
