What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
- Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage sales activities in Salesforce.com
- Sell consumables and accessories to existing and new customers while exploring opportunities with competitive accounts
- Act as a liaison between customers and support, escalating concerns as necessary
- Utilize standardized surveys and feedback tools to report on customer sentiment and develop action plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales and revenue quotas
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
