What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of the EMS industry and the specific needs of existing clients
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Manage and report on sales activities during review meetings with management
- Drive sales of consumables and accessories to existing and new customers, including competitive accounts
- Act as a liaison between customers and support teams to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
- Strong account management abilities and effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while paying attention to detail
