About the Role
Anglepoint is looking for a Specialty & SaaS Senior Consultant who brings a fresh, holistic perspective on how organizations manage their SaaS estates. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, supporting complex SaaS licensing engagements from discovery through optimization. You will bring a holistic perspective on SaaS management with experience across a broad range of clients and SaaS estates, helping organizations get control of their spend, rationalize their portfolios, and use their licensing data more effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an SME on SaaS licensing models including subscription structures, edition entitlements, add-on SKUs, and usage-based metrics across a broad range of vendors.
- Advise enterprise clients on SaaS spend control, portfolio rationalization, optimization, and renewal strategy across their full SaaS estate
- Analyze and interpret complex SaaS agreements, order forms, and contractual terms to identify risk, over-licensing, and optimization opportunities.
- Advise clients on emerging SaaS capabilities, including AI features such as Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein, and ServiceNow AI agents, and their licensing implications.
- Support clients in getting more from their SaaS tooling (e.g. Zylo or Flexera) helping them use license management data more effectively to drive decisions.
- Stay ahead of market trends in SaaS pricing models, AI-driven licensing changes, and emerging vendor strategies, and bring that insight to clients and to Anglepoint’s service development.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of SaaS licensing analysis and reporting.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS licensing, software asset management, or enterprise SaaS management
- Broad understanding of SaaS licensing models across multiple vendors, with working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or similar.
- Proven experience analyzing SaaS contracts, order forms, and usage data to build licensing positions and optimization recommendations.
- Experience in SaaS cost and risk management identifying areas of overspend, unused or underutilized subscriptions, and contractual risk across a client’s SaaS estate.
- Experience leading client engagements, including stakeholder communication, deliverable ownership, and engagement scoping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex licensing concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS management platforms such as Zylo, Flexera, Productiv, or Torii including using these tools to track spend, manage renewals, and drive optimization decisions.
- A passion for AI and automation trends in the SaaS ecosystem and a willingness to explore how these tools can enhance SAM/ITAM consulting delivery.
- Experience with FinOps practices or cloud cost optimization adjacent to SaaS licensing.
- Contract negotiation experience with enterprise SaaS vendors.
- Previous consulting experience or Customer Success Manager background in a SaaS licensing context.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SaaS management platforms such as Zylo, Flexera, Productiv, or Torii including using these tools to track spend, manage renewals, and drive optimization decisions.
- A passion for AI and automation trends in the SaaS ecosystem and a willingness to explore how these tools can enhance SAM/ITAM consulting delivery.

At Anglepoint, our hiring process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and respectful of your time. The process consists of three interview stages and does not include any case studies, assignments or tests. We prioritize timely communication and clear next steps throughout each stage.
- Timeline: Timelines vary by role, though Talent Acquisition works to move candidates through the process as efficiently as possible
- Interviews: Three interviews with TA, the line manager, and hiring manager
- Format: Video interviews throughout, with an occasional in-person second-stage meeting if required
- Communication: Feedback and updates within two business days after each stage
