Job summary

Partner Company is hiring a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage prior authorizations and coordinate specialty medication processes in a fully remote role.

You will liaise with pharmacies, prescribers, members, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and compliant practices. A Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in pharmacy/medical benefits is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years pharmacy/medical benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of specialty medications, J-codes, and prior authorizations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment.
