Responsibilities include vital sign assessment, patient education, specimen collection, charting, and coordinating with labs, x-ray, and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires nursing program completion and Indiana RN license.
• ACLs and CPR certification must be maintained.
• Experience in a specialty practice is preferred.
