FreshDirect LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician to combine pharmacy expertise with exceptional client service. You will be a self-starter who builds relationships with patients, providers, and internal partners to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements include a Louisiana Pharmacy Technician Certificate, 3 years of experience in retail or hospital settings, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Specialty experience is strongly preferred.

Competenze

• Must hold Pharmacy Technician Certificate from the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
• At least 3 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or hospital environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-service instincts with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with pharmacists and teams.
