Omnicell is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in New Orleans, LA, offering a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend rotation. Base compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with full benefits and opportunities to grow within a global organization focused on medication management.

You will assist the pharmacist, provide patient-oriented service, learn about specialty diseases, and accurately enter data to ensure safe dispensing. Requires LA license and vaccination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Active, non-expired License/Registration from the Louisiana State Board of Pharmacy is required.
• Working knowledge of Pharmacy Technician duties is required.
• Covid-19 vaccination is required.

Responsabilités

• Help the pharmacist prepare and dispense medications to ensure patients get the right medication and the right dosage every time.
• Provide exceptional customer service for patients through in-person and phone communication and active listening.
• Learn about specialty diseases to best serve patients and grow in your career.
• Enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data accurately into systems for a safe, compliant experience.
• Support and help improve the pharmacy and the team, and grow with Omnicell.
