Qualifications

• Experience with pharmacy billing, direct patient care, medication access, and navigating insurance/prior authorization processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Idaho Pharmacy Technician License; CPhT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support enhanced pharmacy operations in an enhanced retail setting with specialty meds and disease management within accreditation parameters.
• Provide patient-centric care: support medication adherence, fulfillment, and financial assistance.
