Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months minimum relevant experience required.
• Pharmacy Technician Registration or licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming patient calls and provide responsive support.
• Process new specialty prescriptions and support refill reminders.
• Resolve insurance rejections and medication-related issues impacting access to therapy.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, clinics and other stakeholders.
• Support operational pharmacy activities during onsite days and cross-train into operations.
