Omnicell is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Muncie, Indiana to support pharmacists in dispensing medications and delivering excellent patient care. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, customer service, and growth within a global organization focused on medication management.

The position requires Indiana license/registration and 1 year of technician experience. Base pay is hourly with a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Active license/registration with the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy.
At least 1 year of working experience as a pharmacy technician (≈2,000 hours).

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to ensure accuracy and appropriate dosage.
Provide exceptional and personalized customer service to patients in person and by phone.
Learn about specialty conditions to better serve patients and grow in the role.
Enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data into pharmacy systems accurately and efficiently.
Support and help improve pharmacy operations and team development.
