Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee the operation and quality assurance of the specialty pharmacy, ensuring accurate dispensing to patients in a safe, efficient manner. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team with clinical pharmacists, technicians and delivery personnel.
Responsibilities include clinical assessments, patient consultations, and provider communications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, and maintaining records, inventory and data integrity.

Responsible for the operation and quality assurance of the services provided through the specialty pharmacy. Ensures the correct medications are dispensed to the correct patients in the most efficient and safe manner. Medication compliance monitoring, chronic disease state management, patient consultation, and provider communications are a part of daily tasks. This position is a part of the interdisciplinary team that includes clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technician technicians and delivery personnel.
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Some elements of the job are sedentary, but the employee will be required to stand for periods of time or move through out the hospital campus.
Pay Range: $120,640.00 USD - $153,001.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
