Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Liaison to work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building, supporting medication adherence and personalized services.

The role requires 2+ years as a pharmacy technician, Texas state registration (CPhT preferred), and strong communication. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; hybrid after training with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Texas state-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT required.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty prescriptions.
• Submit prior authorizations, conduct refill reminders, resolve insurance issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
