Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist, Specialty Pharmacy to join our team in Madison, WI. This role focuses on packaging and shipping medication orders, receiving and stocking supplies, and maintaining an organized storage area to ensure timely patient deliveries.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of fulfillment experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks with manual dexterity is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 1 year of fulfillment support experience or equivalent work experience and knowledge preferred.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to use equipment such as tape machines, bubble wrap machines, pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship orders according to established protocols.
• Receive and stock pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized storage area for the Specialty Pharmacy.
• Work flexible hours and overtime as required.
• Comply with all applicable laws and high ethical standards.
