Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with at least 3 years of Pharmacy experience or 1–2 years of Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Valid Pharmacist licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Applies practical knowledge of pharmacy practice and works independently.
• Counsels patients and staff; resolves drug-related problems.
• Documents interactions with patients and prescribers in appropriate systems with compliance.
• Performs On-Call activities and adheres to all pharmacy laws and regulations.
