Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review specialty prescriptions for dosing, interactions, and contraindications.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on administration and adverse effects.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing clinical monitoring of therapies.
• Coordinate with prescribers and payers regarding coverage and access.
• Support medication access programs, authorizations, and appeals.
• Document assessments and outcomes in the pharmacy system.
