Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
• Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in Mississippi.
• Obtain and maintain licensure in other states as required.
• Certified Specialty Pharmacist through NASP's board or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations and profitability of Noble Health Services.
• Follow all state and federal guidelines governing pharmacy practice.
• Provide clinical and operational support for Clinical and Patient Management Programs.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure technically accurate prescriptions and report dispensing incidents.
• Oversee clinical decision making and accountability.
• Monitor drug utilization reviews and analyses.
• Report adverse events and suggest alternative therapies when warranted.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and Noble policies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist in training clinical and pharmacy staff.
• Participate in Quality Management Committee as required.
• Maintain licensure in home state and other states as required; serve as responsible licensed pharmacist where needed.
• Stay current with state/federal regulatory changes and industry trends.
• Interface with auditors and outside agencies; ensure excellent customer service.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report deviations.
