RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a specialty pharmacy located in the vibrant Short North district of Columbus, OH! This is a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity in a mission-driven pharmacy focused on HIV/AIDS care and community health. Position: Staff Pharmacist HIV/AIDS Specialty
Location: Columbus, OH (Short North area)
Type: 13-Week Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM 3:00 PM (rotational)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service to patients, providers, referral sources, and team members
Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to co-manage staff, oversee inventory, support the 340B program, and implement patient-focused services
Verify prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness
Consult with patients to ensure understanding of medications, administration, side effects, and precautions
Deliver specialized pharmaceutical therapy, adherence programs, disease management, and immunizations
Work closely with medical providers, case managers, and behavioral health professionals to ensure ongoing patient access and adherence
Offer guidance on patient assistance programs to support medication affordability and Promote pharmacy services within the community
Uphold all state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice
Support the development of in-pharmacy clinical services to improve patient outcomes and referrals

Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license
Preferably 3+ years of experience in a 340B/health clinic pharmacy setting
Strong knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications and patient assistance programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and patient-centered care skills
