Indiana University Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacist for its Plainfield, IN campus. The role focuses on oncology, inflammatory, neurology, and related conditions with daily clinical prescription review and cross-functional collaboration.

The position offers a Monday–Friday day shift with some partial remote work and an on-call requirement about 3 weeks per year. Offices located at the IU Health Integrated Services Center in Plainfield.

Formación

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy completed (before 2006).
• ASHP accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency may be required.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Current Indiana Pharmacist license or eligibility.
• Board certification or other specialized training may be required.
• BLS certification may be required.
• May require travel to IU Health facilities.
• Weekend rotations may be required.

Specialty Pharmacist

Day shift Monday-Friday

Partial remote work available

Our specialty pharmacy program is growing and looking for experienced pharmacists to join our team. This position will have the opportunity to serve patients with a variety of diagnoses including oncology, inflammatory, neurology, and more! Daily responsibilities include clinical review of prescriptions, collaborating with pharmacist and provider teams embedded in clinic, conducting patient and provider outreach, and participating in the specialty patient management program. Team members are office based, with the opportunity for partial remote work available. Schedule is Monday – Friday day shift, includes no weekend/evenings/holidays apart from on call requirement approximately 3 weeks per calendar year. We are based out of the IU Health Integrated Services Center located in Plainfield, IN.

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy prior to 2006.
• Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency may be required.
• Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Requires current Indiana Pharmacist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a Pharmacist.
• Board certification or other specialized training may be required.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) may be required.
• May require travel to IU Health facilities.
• May require weekend rotations.
