This full-time position involves selling specialty pest control services such as german cockroach and bed bug treatments through networking and customer referrals. Candidates should have proven sales experience in pest control, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage physical labor while delivering top-notch customer service. Qualifications

• Must pass required background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record screen.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Well versed in sales, with a proven track record in the pest control industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical labor experience working outdoors.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to KPIs for lead appointments, sales quota, and customer experience.
• Respond promptly to leads and process sales through technology-enabled platforms.
• Clearly communicate pest control treatments to clients.
• Inspect structures and perform high-quality inspections.
• Provide premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Record activities and complete paperwork post-inspections.
• Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicle.
• Follow up on sold work to ensure customer satisfaction.
