Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Strong specialty knowledge and willingness to learn products, nutritional information, and trends.
• Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes Specialty items through proper buying procedures.
• Ensures orders are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
• Creates effective merchandising displays and signage.
• Provides excellent customer service and handles inquiries promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, and stocking of products.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and maintains clean back stock.
