Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a remote Pharmacy Technician to join our care-focused team. Candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, or Ohio, and hold an active state license plus PTCB or NHA certification. Experience with phone-based support in healthcare is preferred.

You will multitask across several software applications, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver high-quality member service. Virtual training starts day one, with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state you reside
• Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Inbound and/or outbound phone experience
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong data entry

Training

Virtual training starts on day one of employment and will run for the first few weeks with a schedule of either 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday - Friday.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
