• Perform tests and report results as authorized by the laboratory director.
• Maintain records and ensure proficiency testing is conducted properly.
• Adhere to quality control policies and calibrations.
• Identify and correct problems affecting test performance and notify supervisors.
• Develop training materials and competency assessments for staff and learners.
• Review training documentation for accuracy and compliance.
