Qualified candidates will have an accredited LPN program background, an active Oklahoma license, and BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). IV and critical-care certifications are preferred where required by the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience and licensure.
• Maintain current LPN license in the hiring state.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision of licensed staff.
