Job Description

Prepare food orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes. Monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain inventory of the station and order stock as needed.

Job Functions

• Receive and prepare food orders for a specific cuisine according to assigned restaurant standards.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and storage areas.
• Control waste through proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
• Maintain inventory and order stock to keep pars.
• Apply safety and sanitation procedures consistently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cook.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
• Must be able to speak Cantonese.
