Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Cook to prepare orders promptly according to memorized recipes and to monitor food production to ensure quality. The role includes maintaining station cleanliness and inventory control in a fast-paced casino kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of cook experience, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the capacity to stand or walk for the shift. Licenses or certifications as required must be obtainable.

Cook orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes. Monitor food production to ensure that quality standards are met. Maintain inventory of station and order stock.

• Other physical requirements of the position include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
