Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; other disciplines with related finance or data analysis experience are considered.
• ABL knowledge or experience a plus but not required.
• Exposure to consumer finance, commercial specialty finance, healthcare, or venture debt structures preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, or other data extraction programs.
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity for financial and operational data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and pattern recognition.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a client-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational due diligence, including on-site or remote examinations, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence for clients.
• Develop Excel-based workpapers to complete scoped procedures for each project.
• Evaluate complex portfolios and credit structures within client-defined scope of work.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify portfolio risks, reconcile data, and assess performance.
• Interact with clients regularly via calls, meetings, and email updates.
• Engage with the subject company and stakeholders to discuss findings and scope of work.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing findings, trends, and risk factors for clients.
