An established industry player is seeking a Specialty Laboratory Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a dynamic laboratory environment. The Specialty Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for oversight of day-to-day laboratory operations and supervision of subordinate personnel, data collection, special projects, preparation and presentation of reports on special projects, budget variance analyses, review of test results, resolution of issues, problems, and/or complaints with specialty laboratories. Ensures quality service levels from all shifts, continuing laboratory accreditation by all accrediting/licensing agencies, processes administrative and financial transactions.
Bachelor's degree in sciences or related field, Master's degree preferred. 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting. Supervisory experience preferred. NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required.

The salary range for the role is $86,772 - $130,159 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
